$20 for 20
March 17 marks my 20th year with the American Foundation for Children with AIDS. It has been 20 years of joy, love, frustration, happiness, faith, manic work hours, travel, hugs, smiles, and hope. It has been 20 years of working side by side with partners in five countries of Africa, serving the young victims of the AIDS pandemic, and while it has been difficult work at times, it has been an absolute honor to work besides the ones who do the truly hard work - nurses, doctors, directors of orphanages, and program managers.
To celebrate these 20 years, I ask as many people as possible to donate $20 (or more!) so we can continue doing this good work.
